Privacy policy.

The controller for the personal data described below is Selma El Kamili, a sole trader (entreprise individuelle) trading as “Fond Blanc”, 6 rue d'Armaille, 75017 Paris, France. For any question about this policy, write to contact@fondblanc.co.

We only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you select, the message you write, and optionally your brand or company.

When you submit the form, our server also briefly records the IP address of the request. This is used only to limit how many messages can be sent from the same place in a short period, as a protection against automated spam. It is kept in memory for around ten minutes and is never stored in a database or attached to your message.

We do not create accounts, we do not build profiles, and we do not buy or receive data about you from anyone else.

Your message is used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. The IP address check rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and free of spam.

Two service providers are involved, and neither uses your data for their own purposes:

Resend delivers the form submission to our mailbox as an email.
Vercel hosts this website and runs the code that processes the form.

Both are established in the United States, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data outside the European Union. That transfer is covered, for both providers, by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by their certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as it is useful to the relationship it started, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact. The IP address used for spam protection disappears within minutes and is erased whenever the server restarts.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and embeds no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

The typeface used on this site is served directly from this website, so browsing it sends no request to any font provider.

Links to Instagram and TikTok are ordinary links: they only reach those platforms if you choose to click them, and their own privacy policies apply from that point.

You may ask to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to contact@fondblanc.co and we will respond within one month.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
